Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, as each jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check the size, length, and design before placing your order to ensure the perfect choice.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement after verification.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for delivered orders. However, if your order is cancelled before it has been shipped, we can provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Customised Jewellery
All customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs
In case of a damaged or wrong product, Madhisha Silvers will cover the return/replacement shipping charges. For any other reason, the buyer will bear the shipping cost.
Processing Time
Once your issue is verified, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
